operations**Job Summary**
We are looking to get into the brewery business are seeking a dedicated and experienced Brewery Manager and Brewmaster with potential equity to lead brewing operations for our well-funded, larger startup. We own a building with over 24,000 sq. ft. of production space in the heart of St. Albert, and we're looking to either blow up an existing brand via partnership or acquisition OR start our own brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily brewery operations, including production scheduling and inventory management.
- Formulate new beer recipes and seasonal offerings in line with market trends and brand identity.
- Monitor and manage fermentation, cellaring, and packaging operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the facility.
- Lead the brewing process from raw material selection to packaging, ensuring quality control at every stage.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and coordinating repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new products and promote existing offerings.
- Monitor production costs and implement strategies for efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and quality assessments.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in commercial brewing, including leadership or head brewer role.
- Formal brewing education or certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brewing science, equipment, and quality control.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair brewing equipment.
- Familiarity with processing techniques and packaging methods.
- Experience operating forklifts and other industrial machinery is preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and production calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage a team.
- A passion for craft brewing and commitment to producing high-quality products.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
