**What You Will Work On?**
- Install or replace a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and PVC
- Install vapor barriers and/or layers of insulation
- Install, repair, or replace four and/or single-ply roofing systems
- Work at heights while following safety protocols

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Experience working in a construction environment (considered an asset)
- Experience in roofing (commercial) (considered an asset)
- Have own driver’s license and method of transportation
- Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy
- Friends and family that want to join our Flynn family
- Communication and leadership Skills
- Quality and Accuracy of Work
- Teamwork & Sharing Knowledge

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
