**About Us**:
TNC Excavating Ltd. is a locally owned and operated earthworks/civil construction company. We offer competitive wages, extended health and dental after successful completion of probationary period.

**About the Opportunity**:
TNC is hiring several qualified Labourers for work in and around the Kelowna area. TNC offers full time Monday to Friday employment with opportunities for paid overtime.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Civil construction experience required, local Okanagan experience is an asset
- Ability to operate heavy machinery is an asset
- Valid class 5 drivers license, with reliable transportation
- Good physical condition, able to lift 50lbs repetitively if needed
- Good communication skills, speaking positively and effectively as needed
- First Aid certification is an asset
- Confined space certification is an asset
- Flexible schedule is an asset
- Experience using Topcon GPS is an asset
- Excellent punctuality and attendance

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Participate in daily/weekly site meetings
- Understand WorksafeBC safety policies and comply while executing daily tasks
- Follow direction from site supervisor, however can work on own with mínimal supervision
- Assist in the daily operations of pipe layers and operators
- Accurate reporting of daily time to supervisor via electronic submission
