Our Commissary Kitchen at Dufferin and Lawrence is seeking Prep & Line Cooks for a production station within their facility
- Knife skills or previous experience in a kitchen is preferred

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team with full awareness of overall kitchen activities
- Develop dishes based on available product and in accordance with new product listing guidelines
- Prep food products to supply kitchen stations
- Consistently follow task lists and quality standards
- Label, package and handle product selection
- Complete logs/forms/temperature checks
- Follow product presentation guidelines and aesthetics
- Transfer and receive products
- Follow department opening/closing procedures
- Coordinate special orders as needed
- Use of garbage and cardboard compactor
