We are seeking a Food & Beverage Server to join our team at Bellamy’s Lounge. In this role, you will provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve cocktails and menu items efficiently while ensuring a high standard of service.
- Present guests with itemized bills and complete payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain quality control of menu items before serving.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure a safe environment.
- Follow all cash-handling procedures as per hotel policy.
- Maintain a clean and organized service section.
- Occasionally assist the Bartender with drink preparation, garnish preparation, stocking liquor, and other bar-related duties as needed.
- Perform shift side duties as required.
- Ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You Bring**:

- High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- A valid ProServe Certificate
- Previous experience in restaurant or lounge operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, cash handling, and payment systems (MICROS, Global Payment systems).
- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Bartending experience is an asset, with potential opportunities to assist in bar service.
