Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Experience in travel agency/company
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and itineraries simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with company policies and goals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field
- TICO Certified
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

**Responsibilities**:

- The Travel Agent will be responsible for creating travel packages for clients, including hotel and flight reservations, transportation, and excursions
- The Travel Agent will provide recommendations for destinations, activities, and lodging that meet clients' needs and preferences, and will handle changes or cancellations to existing reservations as needed
- The Travel Agent will also provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process to ensure that clients have an enjoyable and stress-free travel experience

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
