We are seeking a permanent, full time, Information Management Clerk
- ** **for Head Office -**Saskatoon]**.
- **GENERAL SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Information Management Clerk is the point of initial contact for routine information flowing between the public and Head Office between Head Office and Area Offices and within Head Office. This position provides administrative support to the Director of Operations.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Tracks information flow and responses**:

- Provides reception for Head Office, and other Area Offices as required
- First contact for client complaints.

**Ensures Head Office paper and electronic records are up to data and compliant with provincial legislation.**
- Collects information on a weekly / monthly basis from Area Offices and summarizes information.
- Compares eligibility information to documented procedures and advises Director of anomalies.

**Office supplies and mail**:

- Responsible for ordering stationary for the organization including business cards, envelopes and file folders, day planners, and other resources.
- Sorts mail and maintains office supplies for Head Office.

**Administrative support**:

- Provides administrative support to the Director of Operations, Director of Private Bar Services and Practice Management Counsel.
- Collects information to support report writing.
- Creates standardized Excel reports according to instructions.
- Arranges logistics (rooms, food, AV, other needs) for in-person and virtual meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.

- ** Technology acumen**: Able to operate computers and familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- ** Attention to detail**:Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when performing tasks through concentration and attention to detail.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- High school graduation and one year of relevant post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one year of previous related experience managing clients or complaints.
