The hospitality industry is fundamentally broken, with people working incredibly long and uncertain hours, on low wages, with huge overheads. Tre'dish is reinventing this industry by empowering people around the world to create sustainable food businesses. All you need is one great recipe, and we provide you with everything required to become a successful food entrepreneur, while establishing your brand both digitally and throughout your community.
We have launched locations in California and will be expanding our SAAS platform and affiliated marketplace across North America in the coming months with Canada being our core focus area.
**About the Role**
We're looking for a **Partner** **Success Lead** to manage and support entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry who are joining the Tre'dish platform. Tre'dish is working with a wide range of food entrepreneurs, chefs, and local food businesses who are joining our platform as we launch our company within Canada and the United States, with the GTA being our key initial target region.
The Partner Success Lead will optimize the systems to onboard new culinary partners on our platform, help them navigate key issues in setting up and launching their businesses with us, manage their requests and needs, and identify opportunities where Tre'dish can help improve and enhance their business. The Partner Success Lead will work directly with Tre'dish Senior Leadership and Co-Founders.
We are a fully remote team with colleagues across North America with our main presence and team located in Toronto and Mississauga, ON.
**What You'll Do**
- Meet, evaluate and develop strong relationships with every partner that is joining the Tre'dish platform; understand their business, brand, vision and goals
- Execute and optimize our partner onboarding and management processes to create a seamless, best-in-class experience
- Build comprehensive, streamlined partner onboarding and management systems designed to effectively scale
- Work alongside a team of advisors, agencies, and internal team members to lead the onboarding & management of all partners, with a heightened focus on our largest partners
- Design and execute enterprise-level communication and service systems to effectively deliver critical messages and ultra-responsive support in order to maximize engagement and mutual success
- Measure and refine key KPIs and tracking metrics associated with partner onboarding and management to influence future decision making

- Comfortable working and collaborating in cross functional teams; integrating yourself within a team of chefs & food industry professionals, marketers, engineers, designers, data scientists, etc.
**Bonus, if you have experience**:
- In an impact-driven organization, entrepreneurial venture or early startup
- Building and executing partnership, customer success, sales or business development strategies
- In food service, with an understanding of major issues that food businesses face (I.e. food cost inflation, logistics, pricing, marketing, etc.)
- Working alongside product & design teams to optimize partner user journeys and create world-class partner experiences
- Utilizing and optimizing CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, or comparable systems
