LTR Industries is looking for a **Cabinet Assembler **to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Shop Foreman, you will bring knowledge and a strong work ethic.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Installs hardware, such as hinges, catches, and knobs, on assembled cabinet.
- Read, track and process work orders.
- Reinforce assembled furniture and fixtures with dowels or other supports.
- Assemble cabinets with various wood types and finishes using a variety of tools.
- Use basic carpentry tools, hand tools, drills, saws, etc.
- Meet all pre-determined quality, productivity, and scheduling standards in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure cabinets, materials and components are finished according to customer's order.
- Handle product as required to avoid damage, scratches, and dents.
- Ensure safe operating practices are always followed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and good understanding of part specifications.
- Cabinetry assembly experience is an asset.
- Detail-oriented and transactional accuracy are must.
- Experience with tools - drills, nail guns, saws, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated and works well with team members.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools.
- Good hand eye coordination is key.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Strong visualization skills
- Excellent time management skills
