Richmond, Canada Back in Motion Rehab Full time

**Location**: Richmond, BC with travel to BiM office locations, and off-site facilities
**Status**: Temporary Part-time starting November 12, 2024 to mid January 2025
**House of Work**: Monday to Friday 25 hours per week. (On occasion may be required to work evenings or weekends)
**Wage Range**: $21 - $23/hr

**WarehouseAbilities** provides comprehensive accessibility, employment readiness, and job search/maintenance support to address obstacles commonly faced by People with Multiple Barriers to Employment in the high-demand warehousing labour market.

The** Program Assistant **provides critical administrative support for the program by contacting and scheduling participants for appointments, coordinating components of the training including scheduling guest speakers and file set up.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Two (2) years in providing administrative support
- Strong comprehension of all Microsoft Office programs, database systems, and basic admin tasks
- Ability to obtain and pass CRC and Vulnerable Persons check

**Education**:

- Administrative diploma an asset

**Personal Suitability**:

- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills with an ability to work with diverse groups.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
- Excellent at multi-tasking.

- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work with diverse groups, including youth, persons with disabilities, recent immigrants and refugees.
- Good math skills.
- Experience meeting deadlines.

- Experience working with a multicultural population and an understanding of employment barriers.
- Secondary language is an asset
