TEAMS Transport is currently seeking a Service Truck Technician.

**About the Role**:
TEAMS Transport is looking for a **Trailer Service Technician** to join our yard-based maintenance team. This is a hands-on role focused specifically on the **repair, servicing, and inspection of semi-trailers**. If you have mechanical skills, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in quality workmanship, this is a solid opportunity to build your career in the transportation maintenance field. **Red Seal certification is not required**, but mechanical experience is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of semi-trailers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues such as air brake systems, suspension components, lighting, and wheel-end assemblies
- Conduct trailer inspections and prepare trailers for safety compliance and road readiness
- Replace lights, airlines, mud flaps, and other components as needed
- Document all work performed and parts used in service logs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the yard
- Assist with moving trailers around the yard when required (shunt experience is a bonus)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Solid mechanical aptitude, preferably with experience working on trailers, heavy-duty vehicles, or equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair common trailer issues with mínimal supervision
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 is an asset but not mandatory)
- Welding experience is a bonus, but not required
- Must be reliable and physically capable of handling demanding work
