**Job Overview**

Townsview Estates is a 51 bed Residential Care Facility, licensed by the Department of Seniors and Long Term Care.

As a CCA, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Under the direction of an RN and/or LPN, your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about caregiving and making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.

Successful applicants must provide a clean vulnerable and criminal sector check and be physically and mentally capable to complete a 12 hour shift day or night.

**Duties** include but are not limited to:

- Providing or cueing personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administering medications
- Assisting with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being.
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Adhering to Infection Prevention and Control policies.

**Qualifications**
- CCA certification
- Experience with seniors is preferred.
- Strong caregiving skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and seniors.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and team members.
- A compassionate demeanor with patience and empathy towards clients' needs.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $22.44 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
