**We will count on you to**:

- Set priorities and coordinate projects taking into account established deadlines
- With the junior administrators, ensure benefits calculations and associated statements are produced (termination of employment, retirement, death, divorce, etc.)
- Verify calculations produced by junior administrators
- Execute complex tasks (e.g.: flexible plans, executive plans, hybrid plans)
- Provide training and coaching to junior administrators

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field: actuarial sciences, mathematics, or administration;
- 5+ years of experience in defined benefit pension administration
- Demonstrate the following competencies: strong analytical and organization skills, thoroughness, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work in teams, self-reliance, resourcefulness;
- Proficient with MS-Office software programs; in particular, MS Excel and MS Word

**What makes you stand out**:

- Extensive work experience with defined benefit pension plans is a strong asset
- Knowledge of French is an asset
