**About the Position**
Entry-level Warehouse Specialist position in at the Lloydminster Canola Crush & Biodiesel facility. To be responsible for receiving and maintaining inventory in the spare parts warehouse.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain a safe and efficient environment for the spare parts warehouse
- Receive parts upon their arrival
- Conduct and maintain inventories
- Write PR’s in Coupa
- Enter receipts in Coupa and Maximo
- Assist in the development of the spare parts list for various equipment
- Enter listed parts into Maximo
- Occasional maintenance clerk duties such as entering work orders into Maximo

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Forklift operation skills
- Computer skills such as Coupa, Maximo, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to follow directions
- Work well with others
- Be able to take initiative

**Education or Work Experience**
- High school education or equivalent is preferred

**Additional Information**
- Work in accordance with local/provincial legislation
- Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirements
- Relocation support is not available for this position.
