Lethbridge, Canada Airtech Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. Full time

**Job purpose**

This fundamental role helps ensure that all work can continue smoothly throughout the workday, and requires a shift from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role primarily involves the shipping and receiving of materials, and the organization and maintenance of the building, yard and inventory areas.

**Duties and responsibilities**

Shipping/Receiving:

- Offload/receive deliveries from trucks, verify shipment accuracy and follow up on any damages if incurred
- Organize received materials in Service, Residential, Fabrication, and Commercial departments.
- Notify the person who issued the purchase order that the materials are in
- Maintain off-site pickup and delivery log to track which department is asking for pickups and delivery in the AM vs PM
- Pick up and deliver materials for jobs from lists provided
- Maintain inventory levels and organization of the stock rooms
- Load trailers for projects when required
- Maintenance of yard and building
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Forklift operating certification is an asset, but not required as Airtech will provide training.
- Valid class 5 driver's license with acceptable driver's abstract
- Good physical condition to handle materials, but using mechanical equipment when needed
- Organizational, time management, and communication skills to handle the varying demands each day
- Positive attitude and self-initiative to take control and responsibility of maintaining the building, inventory and yard areas
- Strong sense of safety and discipline to eliminate hazards and ensure tasks are completed safely and properly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
