**Marketing Associate**

Seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Associate. This is a full-time salaried position with competitive benefits.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Advanced proficiency in graphic design and associated software.

2. Excellent grammar, vocabulary, written and verbal communication skills.

3. Knowledge of web design and management methods including Search Engine (keyword) optimization.

4. Knowledge of social media management, including Instagram and LinkedIn.

5. Ability to learn new Marketing skills/software on the job.

6. Ability to collaborate effectively and think critically about advancing the firm’s marketing agenda.

7. Basic knowledge of urban design processes (architecture, environmental design, landscape architecture or town planning diploma or degree is an asset)

8. Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing would be an asset.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Social Media posting and management (LinkedIn and Instagram)

2. Managing and sending out periodic newsletters (via HubSpot)

3. Graphic design and marketing material production as required (Using the Adobe Suite)

4. Search Engine (Keyword) management (Google Analytics and Google Search Console)

5. Assisting with corporate marketing strategy development

6. Assisting with website development/updates/periodic redesign

7. Assisting the director of business development with lead processing

8. Assisting with billable projects (design, graphics, and communications as required)

9. Photography - projects and staff profiles, etc.

10. Travel and hosting marketing booths at trade shows across North America

**REPORTING STRUCTURE**:

- The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Executive Team (CEO, Director of Business Development & Client Relations, and Director of Finance and Operations).
- A high level of coordination and collaboration with other Principals/Senior Associates is also expected, including those in other offices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,979.43-$65,262.28 per year
