**Role overview**:
We are seeking a highly-skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization by analyzing business processes and translating them into technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

**Must Haves**:

- Payments** **Experience
- BFS Domain Experience
- Experience in Agile
- Experience with Jira, Confluence for writing Epics, User Stories, Business & Functional Requirements

**What you bring to the role**:

- 7+ Years of relevant BSA experience
- Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis and processes
- Experience in the Banking & Financial industry
- Ideation/analysis to help define high level approach
- Strong communication skills
- Strong facilitation and elicitation skills
- Experience of working in Agile - Scrum/SAFE/Scaled Agile methodology; Jira, Confluence tools

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
