**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and mínimal downtime.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and ingredients.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to resolve any scheduling conflicts or production issues.
- Track production output and ensure that manufacturing targets are met in line with customer needs and deadlines.
- Analyze demand forecasts, historical production data, and inventory levels to adjust schedules as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Communicate with the logistics team to ensure that finished products are delivered on time.
- Manage any adjustments to schedules, including handling urgent customer orders, raw material shortages, or equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure that production activities comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and report on production metrics, such as production rates, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any issues or changes in customer requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a production planner or scheduler in the food industry (required).
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, inventory management, and scheduling systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards in the food industry.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
