Job Description*
So, what will your new role look like?*
In close collaboration with various organization stakeholders, the Lead, Internal events & employee engagement is responsible for organizing memorable gatherings and creating exceptional experiences that promote synergies within GSoft, stimulate employees' engagement, and nurture a sense of pride and belonging.
You will:

- Develop and implement activities, celebrations, events, large gatherings and other coherent, engaging and inclusive concepts aligned with the context of distributed work and the values of GSoft.
- Identify the needs and opportunities to bring the GSoft spirit and culture to life for employees, to celebrate our accomplishments and build solid and lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate initiative to generate, throughout the year and the employee journey, a quality, original and engaging experience, promoting meetings and social connections, organizational alignment, and a sense of pride and belonging.
- Plan and ensure the logistics of large-scale internal gatherings (face-to-face) within budget and deadlines
- Select, manage contracts and coordinate the activities of different suppliers
- Manage all administrative tasks and event-related details
- Ensure the smooth running of the event on-site and intervene to solve any possible problem.
- Keep the calendar of events up to date and participate in the creation of content that promotes initiatives and fosters employee engagement and participation.
- Compile a list of potential event venues, suppliers, speakers and other speakers
- Monitor event trends and recommend new ideas for initiatives, activities, entertainment and promotional items
- Evaluate and document the success of initiatives and identify continuous improvement measures to be implemented in the future.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in large-scale event planning and managing initiatives, including implementation and logistics coordination, from ideation to design
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent negotiation and budgeting skills
- Ability to design personalized experiences
- Good understanding of employee needs and expectations, business orientations and market trends
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and partner effectively with other team members to bring the GSoft culture to life as faithfully as possible
- Ability to think outside the box, try new things and constantly seek better and bolder ways to contribute to the employee experience
- Excellent knowledge of French and English
- Ability to manage a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to change and solve unexpected problems/obstacles
- Asset: Knowledge of new and emerging technologies
