**Supporting our Coveo team to bring internal events to life and ensure excellent employee engagement**:
Are you creative and have a knack for organization? This is your chance to join the Coveo team as our Internal Events & Employee Experience Coordinator We're looking for a proactive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills to organize events that unite and inspire colleagues.

Working closely with the Office of the CEO, HR, Office Management, and other teams, you'll be at the heart of impactful Coveo events. Your mission? To create memorable experiences for everyone and elevate the Coveolife

**As our Internal Events & Employee Experience Coordinator, you will**:

- Help event owners plan, coordinate, and execute many employee-facing events such as annual and quarterly all-hands meetings, employee onboarding, and major team meetings.
- Manage logistics for events, including booking spaces, coordinating with vendors, and arranging travel.
- Drive employee participation and engagement in company events and initiatives.
- Reinstate and manage the Coveo Employee Swag store, offering branded merchandise.
- Plan social club events, holiday parties, and charitable campaigns.
- Lead quarterly kick-offs, town halls, and vaccination campaigns to support employee well-being and company culture.

**Here is what will qualify you for the role**:

- 3+ years of event planning experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Keen understanding of the demands of delivering successful events.

- Proactive and resourceful attitude, solid judgment, and effective prioritization.
- Solutions oriented mindset.
- Experience and ease with audiovisual and IT requirements for hybrid events.
