**_RAPS is Seeking Part Time caregiver to Assist an individual with Parkinson’s (E12)_**
**_Location_**_: Sherwood Park_
**_Days: 5- 6 Evenings a week _**
**_Hours: 6pm-10pm (Flexible) could also be 5:30pm-9:30pm _**
**_Possibility of some weekends in Lieu of Evening hours_**

**_Job Description_**_: _Duties include but are not limited_ _to_manual transfers; toileting; catheter care; G-tube feeding; dressing; mouth care; medication administration; getting ready for bed; supervision and companionship._
- Please note - one small dog in the home _
**_Qualifications and Other Requirements_**_: _Must have a recent criminal record check including a vulnerable sector check,_ _health care aide certificate or a minimum of 6 months’ experience working in the health care field and must be a non-smoker._
**_Rate of Pay_**_: $18/hour depending on qualifications _
**_Reference No: E12_**
