**Job brief**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure that the physical appearance of the store is maintained, and that all equipment is in excellent working condition
- Monitor & maintain inventory levels.
- Provide input regarding inventory levels in showroom.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Ask for feedback from customers and resolve customer issues
- Maintain customers and contractors accounts.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Help us raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

**Requirements**:

- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
- Previous Paint Store Experience
- Prove Sales skills
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skill and work ethics.
- Must be honest and reliable.
- Flexible with work schedule Weekdays/weekends
- Be able to lift 25lbs+
- A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Looking for driven and reliable individuals.

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)
