**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our supply chain operations, including inventory management, transportation planning, and warehouse distribution. Your expertise in logistics will be crucial in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping and receiving.
- Collaborate with purchasing teams to optimize procurement strategies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize transportation management systems for effective logistics planning.
- Analyze data to forecast demand and support decision-making in logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems related to inventory and logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in materials handling.
- Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to manage freight and shipping needs.
- Assist in category management and pricing strategies for products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with transportation management, including freight and shipping processes.
- Experience with e-commerce logistics is a plus.
- Proficient in data analysis skills to support supply chain analytics.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment is preferred.
- Understanding of procurement processes, materials management, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and operations management.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience with dispatching, order picking, picking & packing, and order fulfillment processes is advantageous. Pay: $37,588.40-$64,320.84 per year
