At Paint Mastery, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship in residential exterior and interior painting across the GTA. We're looking for a skilled professional who can wear multiple hats—combining the expertise of a seasoned residential painter and an estimator.

**What You Will Do**:

- **Estimation and Client Interaction**: Visit customer sites to provide accurate estimates and consultations, demonstrating Paint Mastery's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- **Lead and Inspire**: Oversee and guide a dynamic painting crew, ensuring projects are completed with precision and quality.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all projects adhere to Paint Mastery’s health and safety standards.

**Who You Are**:

- **Detail-Oriented**: Precision in your work and the ability to forecast and manage project needs effectively.
- **Reliable and Professional**: A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are essential for conducting site visits and estimates.
- **Customer-Centric**: Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Experienced Leader**: With over 5 years in the painting industry, including project management and supervisory roles.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Residential Interior and Exterior Painting: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

**Location**:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON (preferred)
