**Harris Brand Edu. is a dynamic educational organization committed to empowering Black students through culturally responsive and community-rooted learning experiences. We are currently seeking passionate, mobile, and flexible Black educators to join our team as Math and English Tutors.**

About the Role

As a tutor with Harris Brand Edu., you will play a vital role in supporting academic excellence and confidence in Black students across the Peel Region. You’ll work in-person with small to mid-size groups, delivering engaging and effective instruction in Math and English.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person tutoring in Math and English to students in the Peel Region.
- Travel to various locations within the region (mobility is essential).
- Create a safe, inclusive, and affirming learning environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with families and program coordinators to support student success.

**Qualifications**:

- Must identify as Black and be passionate about serving Black communities.
- Strong proficiency in Math and English (elementary to high school levels).
- Experience teaching or tutoring in small to mid-size classroom settings.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Peel Region.
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends preferred). Must be available by 3pm on weekdays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
