Parts Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying their parts needs and recommend appropriate products or alternatives.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations for parts and accessories, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
- Process customer orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the service department to identify parts requirements for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize electronic parts catalogues and inventory management systems to locate and order parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring proper storage and labeling of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to minimize shortages and identify obsolete or slow-moving parts.
- Collaborate with the service and sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and promote accessories and additional products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technical information to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a related automotive industry role is preferred and salary will be based on expirience.
- Experience with PBS is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including familiarity with various vehicle makes and models.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide accurate and efficient solutions.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
