**ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE**
This role reports to the Director, Flexible Learning and Academic Integrity.
**SUMMARY**
The Academic Integrity Reviewer is responsible for proving support to Associate Deans in
conducting academic integrity investigations.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with KPU Faculties to take on challenging academic integrity violation cases for
- review, or when Faculties face a large volume of academic integrity violations
- Review alleged academic integrity violation reports from University Officials
- Investigate students’ academic integrity violation allegations and evidence
- Consult with other university units as needed to aid in violation investigations
- Conduct interviews with students to discuss the allegations, evidence, and opportunities for
- learning about academic integrity
- Draft letters with recommendations to Associate Deans on outcomes of academic integrity
- investigations
- Keep track of reviews conducted
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Extensive experience in investigating a wide variety of academic integrity violation cases in
- post-secondary institutions
- Understanding of and experience of working with senior academic leadership
- Thorough understanding of academic integrity policies and procedures
- Experience with complex issues facing academic integrity in post-secondary institutions
The total contract hours for this position are a maximum of 100 hours per employee.
