Reporting: Director of Marketing

Schedule: 8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri) Full Time with necessary break

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning and coordinating all photoreal renderings for marketing materials and working with third party renderers as required
- Create and revise product price guides
- Works with Marketing Team to determine applicable layouts, fabrics and finishes for website typicals and promotional materials
- Creating 3d & 2D graphics using AutoCAD & Adobe software
- Creating product features and specifications list
- Updating product pricing and specifications
- Create and/or maintain knowledge & revision logs
- Maintain current and define new standards where applicable
- Maintain graphic databases
- Must be able to modify existing drawings and create new drawings
- Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans, specifications, and elevations
- Experienced in commercial office furniture, architecture and interior design, commercial real estate, construction shall be an asset
- Coordinates and develops and manages installation videos for each product line, including project managing required resources to ensure easily accessible seamless, step by step visuals for installers
- Solely responsible for updating all Tayco and BRC specification guides and creating new specification guides as necessary
- Involved in strategic thinking to develop an ideal user experience for all installation and pricebooks usage, as well as bid and quotation packages
- Key player in choosing new laminates and fabrics for the BRC and Tayco lines, including staying up to date with market trends to make directional recommendations
- Administrative tasks as required
- Additional tasks as assigned

Other Requirements:

- 2- 4 years of experience in related manufacturing industry, woodworking or related furniture industry may be preferred
- College Degree or Diploma in Design, University or continuing studies in Business, Project Management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Acrobat Reader / PDF creation and signature, Solidworks PDM Vault, Filecamp
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, AutoCAD or Solidworks,Giza 2020,Visual Impressions or other similar programming.
- Knowhow of ISO 9001/14001 processes is an asset
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume, manufacturing environment is required
- Proficiency in language (English - speak, read and write) is preferred
