**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the centerline settings for the equipment and process and have a technical mastery of the process and equipment
- Troubleshoots equipment and maintains responsibility to make minor changes
- Conducts AM training for new and current employees, as needed
- Performs AM audits as required
- Supports defect handling (DH) process and tracks correction percentages
- Monitors line area and equipment ownership (CIL and Centerline Compliance)
- Participates in the DDS - Daily Direction Setting meetings at shift and line level
- Engages in plant Continuous Improvement efforts including participation with Process Improvement Teams
- Identifies improvement opportunities and 5S initiatives
- Contributes to team efforts by performing other assigned duties as needed
- Maintains cooperative relationship with coworkers and management by communicating necessary information, responding to requests, building reports; and participating in problem solving methods
- Regularly analyzes appropriate metrics (minor stops, CIL completion, CL adherence, etc.) to govern system health

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience with shop floor data collection systems (MII, Red Zone, etc.) or demonstrated technical competency to learn new systems
- Demonstrated communication skills to train employees on new concepts both vertically and horizontally across the facility
- Experience or competency to effectively audit processes against established standards
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
