Western’s Technology Transfer Office is seeking a motivated and high-performing Business Development Project Analyst to provide on-site support for its diverse portfolio of projects. **Responsibilities**: - Explore the commercialization potential of University technologies and identify prospective industry partners and receptors. - Support technology project activities, including evaluation, market assessment, market research, developmental risk analysis, and competitive environment analysis. - Identify potential industry partners, companies and markets for projects - Conduct technology literature research and competitive landscape analysis - Assists in project and technology marketing, developing marketing materials, and supporting documents - Assist the Business Development Team in day-to-day activities - Contribute to initiatives that promote an innovation-focused culture on campus **Qualifications** - Preferably an HBA student in Sciences (e.g., Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related Life Sciences programs) - Students currently in Business programs with some or prior Sciences experience are encouraged to apply. - Students in dual Sciences and Business programs are also encouraged to apply - Able to work independently with mínimal supervision - Undergraduate students are invited to apply.
