**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling and bookkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.

**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Proven recruiting experience with a focus on building strong teams.
- Proficient in payroll management and budgeting practices.
- Expertise in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong supervisory experience in retail settings with a focus on team management.
- Background in retail sales with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of retail management principles including pricing strategies and sales management techniques.
- Experience in training & development initiatives for staff growth.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette for customer interactions.
- Highly organized with strong administrative experience to manage store operations efficiently.
