**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in selecting the right paint products for their projects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Engage in sales activities to promote paint products and services.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer purchases.
- Build special displays and signage for sales, promotions, and other special events.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display in-store.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Assist in the training and development of peers.
- Advise the designated manager of shortages, damaged goods, back-orders, etc.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring follow-up on inquiries and maintaining relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; background in paint or renovation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Pay: $19.00-$23.50 per hour
