As we continue to grow, we are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented **Outside Sales Representative** to help expand our commercial cleaning client base.

**Job Overview**:
This position is focused on **outside sales activities** including **doorknocking, cold calling, and in-person outreach** to generate leads and close new commercial cleaning contracts. You will play a vital role in building long-term client relationships and growing our brand visibility in the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through doorknocking, canvassing, phone outreach, and networking.
- Develop a strong understanding of Regency’s service offerings and present tailored cleaning solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct site walkthroughs to assess cleaning requirements and provide custom quotes.
- Prepare and present proposals, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates to sales management.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (janitorial/facility services experience preferred).
- Comfortable with in-person outreach and cold calling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, self-starter with excellent time management.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
