**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, utilizing the POS system for efficient processing.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards throughout the service.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

**Experience**
- Previous service experience is required
- Smart serve is required
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and creating positive experiences for patrons.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.
