**JOB SUMMARY**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Evaluate project plans and specifications to accurately determine the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for all projects.
- Create detailed project plans and budgets that include material lists, labour costs, equipment expenses, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with Sales personnel and other project stakeholders to determine project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Review and analyze bid proposals and subcontractor quotes to ensure they are accurate and competitive.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing on materials and equipment.
- On occasion monitor project expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.
- Learn existing estimating processes and improve upon it.
- Ensure quotes/estimates meet our profit goals.
- Ensure estimates are competitive and understand if not, why.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in Large Format Printing as an Estimator or otherwise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.

**BONUS**
- Experience in Estimating for Construction Projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

This is an on-location, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. If you are a hardworking and reliable individual, we will be delighted to have you join our amazing team.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
