**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes. The role will be essential in providing admissions, administrative and student support to our college community such as:
**Admissions**
- Assist with recruitment through warm calling, student interviews, information sessions, and booking appointments for admissions.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from admission to enrollment for accepted students.
- Have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, superior organizational skills, and the ability to manage stress and thrive in often demanding situations
- Advise prospective students about the programs offered, admissions procedures, eligibility, costs involved, and financial assistance services.
- Assist prospective students in their career exploration.

**Strategic Contribution**
- Assesses program needs with director and others. Recommends appropriate instructors/vendors.
- Sets up classes, workshops, or seminars when appropriate; prepares and processes all related paper work.
- Develops publicity for workshops, programs and other activities and coordinates development of fliers, press releases and other media promotion to market the program.
- Prepares written reports consisting of qualitative and quantitative data related to program activities; assists with analysis and interpretation of data.
- Prioritizes, dispatches and monitors the work of clerical staff. Ensures that program preparation and registration activities are completed in a timely manner and that deadlines are met. Provides initial training and ongoing mentoring to clerical staff.

**Student Support**
- Arrange orientation programs, educational workshops, and graduate programs for students.
- Provide clarifications to prospective students’ queries in a professional manner.
- Participate in recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, and off-campus events.
- Follow up on missed student work and assist other departments in implementing withdrawal policies.
- Provide support to prepare admission-related presentations and host student receptions.

**Administrative**
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback to generate student reports for management whenever required.
- Assist with audits of student files and ensure all required documentation is in place.
- Facilitate handovers to other departments and provide necessary support during various processes.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the institution

**Qualifications& Requirements**:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience working customer service, admissions recruiting, education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in education sales or private college admissions is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets and goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to track and follow up on prospective student interactions
- Strong persuasive skills to effectively convey the value of our institution and its programs
- Superb verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
