**Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, **AtkinsRéalis**, Aecon and ACS - Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.**

This position will provide administrative and technical support services to Director(s) on the project. Experience working with different software’s, data entry & validation would be beneficial.**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with sanitizing data for entry to database.
- Create dynamic pages for representation of the data.
- Assist in the collection and organization of data/documentation in order to achieve substantial completion.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking of progress
- Create/develop documents, spreadsheets and task lists and follow-up on action items timely for and on behalf of executive to ensure all timelines are met
- Perform additional assignments as directed or as required for successful project completion.
- Data entry using several software platforms. (Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel).
- Coordinating with relevant teams to prepare presentation files using PowerPoint for meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicting priorities is a must.
- Proficiency in software languages would be considered an asset
- Detail-oriented and organized individual with advanced computer skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office software.
- Must have strong communications skills (in English) both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Demands**
- Primary work location is project segment/site office (along Eglinton transit line), along with work from home, when necessary.
- Work location flexibility within GTA desirable
