**Gas Fitter Installer**

We are growing our business at Ready Refrigeration Specialists and market leaders in the sale, service and installation of residential and commercial Natural Gas and HVAC solutions, Ready Refrigeration represents industry leading brands and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Has a gas fitters license (G3 will be considered)
- Has excellent customer service skills, can troubleshoot and prioritize work orders and handle emergency situations.
- Gas appliance installation, gas piping, conversions, repairs and maintenance
- Minor plumbing repairs, including boiler checks and hot water tank replacements where applicable.
- Perform leak testing and repairs.
- Maintain company vehicle.
- Installation of gas detection systems
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs
- Is comfortable working outside, on roofs, in tight spots and in all types of weather.
- Has good reading/writing skills and is able to lift heavy objects.

**Qualifications**:

- Able to work independently, is a self-starter and takes pride in a job well done.
- Certification in gas fitting
- Proven ability to work productively and safely while under pressure.
- Good customer service skills and pleasant demeanor.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Clean criminal record check.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driver abstract.
