**Join Our Team as a Regional Manager at Epiroc**

**Your Mission**:
Your role as Regional Manager is to develop and grow local business prospects for respective business line’s products with customers in your region while incorporating our corporate Vision and Mission. You shall work within the company matrix organization, in close cooperation with the other company departments, to ensure all business is followed through to the end customer. You have the full responsibility for results including but not limited to people management, sales, profitability for both, operational cost and customer satisfaction for your assigned customers.

**R**esponsibilities**:
In line with the Customer Centre (CC) growth expectations, your mission will be to grow our business in a sustainable and responsible way. Your main tasks include the following:

- Define and effectively manage the market situation, needs and trends within the region. In close cooperation with the account and service managers build an overall strategy to reach CC goals for the region.
- Together with the Business Line Managers and National Sales Manager develop effective territory and sales strategy and ensure its timely successful implementation. Implement and maintain a process for periodical Territory Management and business follow-up.
- Facilitate implementation of CC marketing & distribution strategy.
- Communicate product and business related information with all Business Line Managers, Product Managers and National Sales Manager.
- Take responsibility for Profit & Loss for the region.
- In cooperation with Head Office, ensure that orders received for the region will meet customer expectations, in terms of delivery, specifications and support.
- Provide coaching and support to the Account Managers and internal support groups (CSR and Service Department) in your region in order to achieve immediate and long-term goals.
- Promote team building between all divisions of Epiroc Mining and Rock Excavation Technique Canada.
- Build and maintain a relationship with Head Office, dedicated distributors (if any), and key customers throughout the region.
- You will also be required to work with the GSC Team to develop strategies and actions to grow Epiroc’s market share with selected GSC customers.
- Personally demonstrate clear and visible leadership throughout the MR organization as well as with customers.
- Prepared to travel extensively throughout region.
- Effective implementation and continued adherence to all our Epiroc Processes and Procedures within the regional organization.

**Your profile**:

- Proficiency in sales and marketing is required.
- Application and technical knowledge of products offered by Epiroc MR is a prerequisite.
- Comfortable in dealing with various business matters at a senior customer level.
- Customer and Sales orientated.
- Knowledge of our customer industry relevant to your region
- Good sales skills
- Experienced negotiation skills
- High level of business management skills
- Technical knowledge on all products within your region
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated Excellent communication skills
