**Reforge Group, **Physio & Sport Injury Clinic, is a growing team of healthcare providers who are passionate about rehab and recovery.

We’re currently looking for an outgoing and energetic team member to join our community

**Role**
- Managing reception area and patient flow as per clinic protocol
- Managing practitioner schedules
- Track and maintain inventory supply within clinic
- Assist with stocking supplies and ensuring clinic space is sanitized and tidy
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures into standardized protocol for productivity and efficiency
- Work directly with Clinic Director to facilitate clinic outreach and marketing opportunities

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year in an administrative or guest services role
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills, to help foster a positive community in ReForge with both patients and practitioners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who’s able to collaborate with others, while taking independent initiatives to ensure the clinic’s success
- Ability to meet the required hours

**Bonus Requirements**
- Previous experience with administrative software including Jane and direct billing (Telus, Provider Connect, Sunlife)
- Project management
- Marketing and design experience
- Comfortable with newsletter development (Mailchimp)
- Social media experience
- Experience with community engagement
- Actively involved in the Etobicoke region

**Schedule**:

- Monday 12:30-7:30
- Wednesday 12:30-7:30
- Friday 9:30-4:30
- Opportunity to work remotely on Tuesday/Thursday

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21-25 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
