**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, flooring repairs, etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, installing doorknobs, locks, etc.
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Maintain mechanical equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Fill out paperwork as required
- Fulfill maintenance duties that are required around the facility while maintaining order and cleanliness
- Occasional production work

**_Other duties as required_**

**Requirements and skills**
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, drills, wrenches, etc.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements: lifting 50-100 lbs, bending, kneeling as well as working in different temperatures
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team as well as being independent
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Background Check
- Excellent attention to detail with good time management, organizational skills and prioritizing skills
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable with a positive attitude
- Highschool or post-secondary education
- Maintenance experience or equivalent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
