- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the meal
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
