**The Position**
As an IT Systems Analyst at Acturis you will:

- Be first point of contact for all technical issues relating to Microsoft Server, Oracle Database, and Cisco Networking technologies (not Helpdesk, as this is dealt by the dedicated Helpdesk team)
- Automate manual changes to the system in a variety of scripting languages
- Provide in-house support for the bespoke Acturis Application
- Analyse system issues e.g. performance, outages, bottlenecks
- Manage office infrastructure

You will be given early responsibility for discrete projects and will receive structured feedback three times a year.
.The annual salary for this position starts at $57,500.00 and increases to $59,500.00 after probation.

**Training**

- Colleagues are encouraged to complete industry standard training in relevant topics

**Requirements**:

- Maths, Physics, Engineering background welcomed
- Knowledge of current IT Technologies and basic understanding of IT concepts
- An ability to work in teams and learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and eager to take responsibility
- Fluent or Proficient in French is welcomed
- Windows Server: MS Server 2016/2019, Virtualisation / Hyper-V, Physical Server administration, VDIs, MCSA, MCSE
- Linux Server Administration, CentOS, Red hat
- Scripting languages and infrastructure automation: Ansible/Chef/Puppet, PowerShell/Python
- Atlassian Products: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Databases: knowledge of any SQL DBs: (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and NOSQL DBs: (Couchbase, Mongo)
- Networking: Cisco Firewall / Switches, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Wireless WANs, CCNA
- Microsoft Technologies: MDT, SCCM, MS Exchange, Active Directory
