We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The Social Worker will be responsible for helping individuals and families who are experiencing social, emotional, and economic difficulties. This includes providing counselling, crisis intervention, and support services, as well as coordinating with other professionals and agencies to ensure that clients receive the best possible care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate service plans.
- Provide counselling and support services to clients and their families.
- Help clients access community resources and services, such as healthcare, housing, and financial assistance.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure that clients receive the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Attend meetings and participate in case reviews to ensure that clients' needs are being met.
- Advocate for clients' rights and assist with navigating the legal system when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Member in good standing of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of community resources and services.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients.
