We are famous for our Solid Gold promise: lowest prices, best service, integrity and commitment._We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated **Account Coordinator - Builder’s Division**
**Purpose **You will be responsible for managing assigned builder accounts as well as acquiring new builder contracts. You will manage all aspects of service to the builder accounts (i.e. receiving products, scheduling deliveries, tracking upgrades, organizing installations, post-delivery service issues, etc.). You will be operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts and will need to collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and engagement with Bad Boy products and services in the long-run.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Account Management**
- First point of contact for builder clients; prepare and manage current contracts
- Managing all aspects of service to the builder accounts including, but not limited to providing specs, receiving products, scheduling deliveries, tracking upgrades, organizing installations, post-delivery service issues;
- Tracking and reporting of inventory for builder related accounts; receiving all products related to assigned accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives;
- Service current clients by addressing and resolving any service or delivery issues
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent communications skills - both in verbal and written correspondence
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally
- Strong customer service skills
- High organization skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times, high level of integrity
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Delivery and Customer Relations**
- Developer delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day
- Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
- Act as a communication liaison through the incoming phone calls from drivers on the road
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
- Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries
- Become and remain knowledgeable of and abide by all company procedures and policies outlined in various manuals
- Be knowledgeable of all service warranty policies and procedures
- Ensure customer’s calls are answered and callbacks are done
- Handle all customer escalations issues on phone or in person
- Ensure all sales bills are entered on the date written
- Ensure proper data entry and allocation on sales bills of all promotions
- Process credit notes cancellations and reselections bills in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as required by business needs

- Previous experience managing client relationships, is considered an asset
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
