Your role will encompass a wide variety of accounting and administrative projects that ensure our company runs as efficiently as possible as we grow. You will learn how to efficiently run the administrative functions of a software company. **Your Day-to-day responsibilities include**: Finance & Accounting - Managing all accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. - Managing and optimizing the missed payments process. - Maintaining the books and reconciliations. - Managing the company assets. - Completing the month end accounting processes and financial dashboard. - Creating, coordinating, and maintaining event and department quarterly forecasts. - Tracking and forecasting cash flow. - Providing accurate and complete inputs to the accountant for year-end processing. - All other accounting related activities as needed. - Calculating and processing all payments to employees, including bi-weekly payroll, monthly and quarterly bonus’, and approved expenses. - Managing the deployment of our business intelligence infrastructure. - Onboarding new employees with the payroll and accounting related item. - Coordinating the financials for employee benefits plan. Support and Administration - Providing quote, invoicing, billing and cancellation support via CRM and billing systems. - Booking travel as needed. - All other administrative and support related activities as needed. Emergency Preparedness - Developing and coordinating our response to an emergency e.g. any outage or major technology failure (e.g. our website going down), office fire/flood, employee/event attendee injury/death. - Ensuring we have adequate insurances. Legal - Working on matters such as: - Third party partnerships - Contracts - Lease - Other legal matters **Experience Required** - Must have sufficient working knowledge of QuickBooks **Is This You?
