**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking a versatile and personable Bartender/Server to join our front-of-house team. This hybrid role requires a strong knowledge of both bar and table service, with an emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, and efficiency. Above all, we value a strong **service mindset**—a natural drive to anticipate guest needs, create positive experiences, and go above and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding service and hospitality to all guests, both at the bar and tableside
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate closely with teammates and support a positive team environment
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, as well as provincial liquor laws

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender and/or server in a full-service restaurant
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- A genuine **service mindset** with a guest-first attitude
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Excellent guest engagement and hospitality instincts
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A passion for food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences
