The Server/ Bartender are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are always demonstrated when assisting and serving guests of the hotel.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Follow established and future Bar Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide value added service to customers to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Handle difficult guest inquiries effectively
- Maximize guest service by exhibiting strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and local events
- Ensure customer needs are met and followed up on in a timely fashion.
- Stocking and cleaning work area
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**
Stand, walk and remain on feet and perform job duties for entire shift duration
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must hold valid Smart Serve Certification;
- Knowledge of principles, values and processes for providing superior guest service;
- Ability to project a professional, friendly and courteous image to guests;
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-16 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
