**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Staff Supervision**
- Actively participate in daily customer service tasks.
- Supervise, coach, and support customer service representatives.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure team efficiency, accuracy, and high output.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

**2. Process Improvement**
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to develop and refine service procedures.
- Investigate and resolve customer service issues as needed.
- Identify process gaps and propose or implement improvements.
- Ensure adherence to all established processes and standards.

**3. Retail Store Support**
- Partner with the Customer Service Manager and team to resolve store distribution challenges.
- Monitor and support store-level service procedures.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in store processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during escalated interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or retail distribution environments is preferred.
