**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement comprehensive art curricula that align with educational standards.
- Teach various art techniques and mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic development.
- Organize art exhibitions and showcases to display student work.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate art into cross-curricular projects.
- Maintain an organized and safe classroom environment with all necessary supplies readily available.
**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of various art techniques and mediums.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey concepts to students.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities and materials efficiently.
- Patience and adaptability in addressing the varying needs of students.
- Experience with integrating technology into art education is a plus.
- A degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is preferred.
